Domestic Shipping
So here’s the lowdown. We can only guarantee same day dispatch on orders made before 13:00 GMT – our packing ninjas are fast but everyone needs a lunch break.
Orders placed after Friday 13:00 GMT will be dispatched on the consecutive Monday because our Ninjas like to spend time with their dogs at the weekend. Dogs are life.
Our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, they are always tracked services.

During holiday periods your goodies may be delayed due to limited collections from our courier so please be ‘on it’ and order the goods in advance!

International Shipping

All international postage will be tracked and via Royal Mail – your shipping amount will be calculated at checkout dependant on your country. We will be changing to DHL in the next few weeks so the shipping rates and times of international shipping may vary.
There may be local duties and taxes to be paid its not us it’s totally the government.
RETURNS
In the highly unlikely event that you’d like to return something please send it to:

You must include a note with your name, order number and email address.
We do not cover the cost of the return, you are liable for this and it is your responsibility to ensure the product gets back to us safely so we strongly recommend using a trackable service.
Items that you wish to return MUST fill the following criteria
- All returns and exchanges must be within 21 days of receiving delivery
- We cannot accept socks, underwear or headwear due to hygiene reasons
- Returns must be unused, as new, in the original packaging - free of smoke, hair, dust, aftershaves/perfumes (even if they're really nice) and make up, deodorants so on and so forth (you know the drill)
- Anything 'crumpled' like a brown paper bag will also be refused return so please be gentle.
The cost of the item including any discounts applied at time of purchase will be refunded within 5 working days.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer an exchange service you would need to return the item and re-order separately providing the item you want is still in stock.
