Returns Policy - The Spartan Code
We stand by our gear, but if you need to return an item, we've made the process as simple as a well-placed Spartan spear throw.
How Long Do I Have?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If 30 days have passed, the return gates close, just like Thermopylae.
What Can Be Returned?
Supplements: Only if faulty or damaged upon arrival. We don't accept returns if you simply change your mind, once you've fuelled up for battle, there's no turning back!
Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, no battle scars (a.k.a. gym sweat) allowed.
Return Process - A Spartan's Guide
1. Email Us! Contact support@prestigebytom.com with your order number and return request.
2. Prepare Your Package - Ensure your item is securely packed and in its original condition.
3. Ship it Back to Our Spartan Stronghold:

Who Covers the Return Cost?
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping - our fault, our responsibility.
If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you cover the return shipping. Even Spartans double-check their armor size before battle!
Refunds - What to Expect
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status.
• If approved, we'll issue a refund for the item cost only (not shipping).
• Refunds take 3-5 business days to process. Spartan efficiency at its finest.
Non-Refundable Items
• Reduced to Clear items - Once discounted, they march forward with no return.
• Exchanges (For Defective or Damaged Gear Only)
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If your gear isn't battle-ready, email us at support@prestigebytom.com and send it back to:

Order Cancellations - Call Off the Troops
You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund, no questions asked.
If it has already been shipped, you can still return it within 7 days, as long as it's unused and in its original condition.
Final Spartan Notes
If returning an item over £50, we highly recommend using a trackable service, we don't want your kit lost in battle!
